We are a small family run company that was founded in 1999. Owner Joel Michaud has been building sheds for five years and really takes pride in his work. Joel operates his business from his home. He resides in Kingston, Ma. with his wife and four children.

When I started this company  I used a simple but old fashioned approach give the customer what their paying for. I do not charge extra for ramps,flower boxes,2x6 floor joists on ALL sizes, or vents Sheds should come with these features. I also didn't want any plywood in our sheds so I build with only 1inch lumber from a local family owned mill. I would also like people to know that we are local and you do not have to go far away to get quality buildings here in New England.    Remember you get what you pay for. We are actual custom post & beam shed builders. Not pre-fab kit erectors.

Fun Facts: Our company was named after our farm "Ponderosa Pines Farm". In turn the farm received its name from friends of Arthur Forcier (grandfather of the owner's wife) They used to call the place "Ponderosa" because it reminded them of the place in the hit TV series, "Bonanza"
